The parent had some form of sexual contact with the child that the child seemed to go along with. It is difficult to judge consent when it comes to parents engaging sexually with their children because the child will likely go along with whatever the parent says. In this case, the parent made an effort to gauge their child's interest and likely would not have gone forward if their child made a strong objection to it. However, even if the child didn't like what their parent(s) was/were doing with them they did not say anything. This psychological inability for a child to object to sex with their parent is a large part of the reason why this form of sexual contact is still considered sexual abuse by the law even if it is fully consensual.

Unfortunately, for the sake of simplifying things, I am going to have to ask you to use your browser's "back" button in order to get out of this page and back to where you were before. The way things are set up, it would simply be far too complicated to set things up otherwise.
