Your normal house you would find in any given neighborhood. It's up to standard and doesn't show any signs of disrepair. Still not the most ideal place to be running a daycare out of, but you don't think it's going to make any parents nervous just to see it. It also has a good backyard which you can upgrade to include play equipment.
