Well, you really can't picture yourself as a... umm... 15 year old? Well, a teenager anymore, and if you did make yourself older then that little temper tantrum you just threw would probably be seen very differently. It felt pretty good to finally be able to yell at Charity like that for all the torment she's put you through and you really don't want anything to spoil it. Even turning yourself back into a boy might ruin it.
Now then, this leaves you with the problem of what to do next. There are a few things you could probably do. You could run away to a friend's house, but you are still limited to the same exact friends as you had before. It's mostly just March. You could go to your dad's house, he would probably be quite happy to have you there. Then, you could also try and make up with Charity, or just sneak back into the house when she has already left with Roni.
The point here to consider is what reactions people might have. Dad's house is safe, but as for March's house, the entire reason behind this fight seems to be that Charity thinks he's sexually molesting you. She might get even more aggravated if you go over there. If you make up with Charity, that would hurt your pride a little, but maybe you might be able to have a good relationship with her now that you're a girl and not her twin anymore? With how worried she seems to be over you, it could probably happen.
Well then, decision time.

- Head for March's, there's no reason for Charity to get so bent up over him
- Head for March's, maybe you should show Charity and actually get him to fuck you!
- Sit on the side of the road in Charity's route to the park
- Wait for Charity to leave then head back home
