Once Mrs. Varano hears about the meeting proposal, she is quick to get to work on the notice and it is done in the next 10 minutes. You take a look at her work.

Staff interviews to begin for the new disciplinary program.

Under the new guidelines, several punishments for middle and higher levels may require the participation of people other than the director of disciplinary action. All staff must be available to participate. Over the next week, the director of disciplinary action will be conducting interviews in order to find suitable alternate punishment administrators in order to handle misbehaving students when the director of the department is either unable to execute the punishment or feels the punishment would be more effective if administered by someone else.

Please contact the main office if you have unavoidable obligations between the hours of 3:00 and 5:00 on any day over the course of the next week so your scheduled interview time can be adjusted to avoid this time, and please attend once you have received your scheduled time.

Well, that was short, simple, and to the point. So, it seems you will be doing interviews after school for a while. Gotta figure out the important questions to ask.
