Like all teachers you have been told that just because the Healthy Cub Act was passed does not mean you can just bend a student over a desk and go to town on them however if you do wish to do it with a cub in your class you must document it which includes having said cub sign an agreement stating he/she is willingly consenting to this and notify the principal. The purpose of this is for two reasons. First to make sure the cub's are willing participants and second to make sure the cubs don't try to bribe teachers with sex for grades or teachers attempting to blackmail sex out of their students with promises of raising their grades. However the memo never said anything about seducing or flirting with your students.
