Disciplinary Action/Disciplinary Office/First Quarter/Squad
You are sitting in your office, a smile on your face enjoying the start of what should be a good day. The new rules still have you a little confused, but they definitely open a world of possibilities and access to some girls that normally you would not have access too.
Your thoughts are interrupted by the sound of your intercom. You flip the switch “Yes?”
“Mr. Gardner.” Mrs. Varano yells, “I think you need to come out here, there’s a bit of a problem.” Her voice is almost drowned out by yelling and banging noises.
“I’ll be right out.” You reply as you flip off the intercom and your room goes completely quiet. You wonder if your office is actually soundproof. You will have to ask about that later. You get up and open your office door. The noise slams into you and you actually take a step back from the noise. You see four girls of varying ages, all wearing the schools cheerleading outfits arguing with three teachers, who appear to be blocking the girls from another group of students. The other group is two boys, who appear to be a bit bloodied and bruised and your wife Mary, also wearing a Cheerleader uniform, with two black eyes and a fat lip, sitting in chairs by the door. Dr. Hartell is kneeling next to the Mary checking out her eye and the two boys are yelling obscenities at the four girls with the teachers. Who immediately try to get around the teachers who again block the girls’ way.
The door to the headmaster’s office fly’s open a second latter “Enough of this racket! Everyone SHUT UP!” Mr. Granville yells to the crowd, stunning everyone into silence. “Mr. Gardner, get this under control now.” He growls at you before slamming his door closed.
You shake your head and approach the three teachers. You recognize them as; Mr. Eckels, Mr. Goodman, and Ms. Curtis. Mr. Eckles appears to be having trouble with a girl who appears to be the most upset of the group. he has a firm grip on the arm of the girl, it takes you a second before you recognize the girl as Dawn Loso. “Okay Ms. Varano, what’s going on?”
She looks at you and shrugs, “They all just burst in, I haven’t even had a chance to ask anyone what happened, I was hoping to get your help before Mr. Granville noticed. Mr. Goodman, can you please explain what’s going on?”
Mr. Goodman looked at his fellow teachers, then to you, then back at Mr. Eckles and gave him what appeared to be a look of sympathy. “None of us are sure exactly what happened, all I know is that I heard a racket by the gym and when I went to investigate I found Ms. Stefanowicz, the Nelli girls and Ms. Loso kicking the crap out of these two boys. I got Ms. Crutis and Mr. Eckles to help break things up and sort things out. that's when we found Mrs. Gardner lying on the ground by the gym door.
“They deserved it, and I swear if you get out of my way I’ll give the little shits and even worse thrashing,” Yelled, Dawn.
“Yeah,” Yelled Liana as she tried to dodge around Mr. Goodman. “They were beating up Mary.”
“that’s not true,” One of the boys croaked. “She’s lying.”
You look at the two boys and then to Ms. Varano.
“Freddy Lafort and Jason Williamson-Guerra.” She replies to you unvoiced question.
"Ok, well..." you begin, "for starters, we need to break this situation up. From what I gather, at the very least the girls here want to rip the boys apart. So, Mr. Goodman, do you think you could take the boys to my office?"
"Sure," he says, "Ok, boys?" He pats one of them on the shoulder, getting a significant wince in response, but then he does manage to usher the two of them into your office.
"Well," Dr. Hartell says, standing up from where she is checking Mary, "I will need to get you back to my office for a more thorough examination later, but for now I don't see anything beyond a few bruises and a skinned knee, though those black eyes cause me concern. I should probably go with Mr. Goodman and check those boys out then." And with that, Dr. Hartell strides into your office and closes the door behind you leaving you with a bunch of teen and preteen girls giving you death-stares for taking away the object of their ire, suddenly that aggression of theirs is all focussed on you.
"You better expell them or something!" Dawn bites at you with all the incredible amounts of venom a teenage girl can muster.
What to do now…
