A suggestion for someone who feels like writing the female version (boys do nothing for me, sorry): Town wants to adjust decency/clothing laws and decide on a "test case". One person will be chosen at random to be completely naked for one year. Town voted, and the idea passed, so everyone of every age was entered into the pool, and our little loli was the one selected.
