Just had to do the dream sequence. Those are actually the two most common themes in a boy's first wet-dream experience, being a girl and peeing. It is kind of easy to understand if you start to really think about it. A boy that age does not have the experience to really comprehend sex, but their primal brain is telling them to have sex. Since they don't have the concept to dream about having sex with a girl, they dream about actually being a girl instead.
