Memories of Sofia Lestrange

You gaze into the waters of the Pensieve, awed at the possibility of experiencing your own mother’s memories. There are so many of them, swirling and swimming past one another in a miasma of images and emotion. For a moment, it overwhelms you and you are unable to focus, lost in the immensity of it all. Gradually though, you are able to find individual fragments, pieces of memories and complete stories of experience. As you slip past them you gain glimpses and images, that enable you to know roughly what each memory is about. You can’t know for sure without experiencing them for yourself though, and the nature of the Pensieve is that the experiencer will feel each memory as though it were their own, from the perspective of the memories original owner.

Your mother had immense magical power

Of all the memories your mother must have held, the Pensieve must only hold a fraction of them, but it is still a rich bounty of experience. What will you know of Sofia’s life first?

There are so many memories that you cannot possibly view them all, but you are keeping the Pensieve in your Extended Luggage Suite, so you can return here at any time and experience new memories.
