Details

The Giant of Garia, six inches taller than the tallest night, Galehaut is son of the late baron of Fort Hale and an ogress on the borders of Garia and the Orclands. He stayed in her cave during a bad winter and after he fought her and won, his hormones took control of him and they had sex. Though he tried to bury it, a year later the ogress was killed in an attack on a village and a young Galehaut was brought to Fort Hale. Though Jordan raised the boy, his first son was heir apparent to the barony. However, in an orcish raid about a decade ago, both Jordan and Galehaut's brother were killed, leaving Galehaut as the baron of Fort Hale. Though his skill in combat and impressive stature have earned him local respect, he is generally disliked among his fellow nobles, both due to his status as a bastard and of an ogress no less. In addition, his head is slightly, but still noticeably, larger than average and his jaw and nose in particular are shaped in such a way that do not give him an attractive look. Nevertheless, the Ogre of Fort Hale is overall respected and integral to the defense of the border.
