You conclude it will be best to let her go ahead and clean Tatiana, if for no other reason than to earn a little trust from the girls since you are about to discuss them living at your house.
"Sure," you tell her, handing her a wet wipe. "Make sure to wipe her really well. Having pee still on your private parts can make you get really sick. I'm sure you don't want that."
"Sick? How?" Sylvia says, suddenly looking at you with focused attention and a small bit of concern.
"Well, have you ever had a bad rash on your privates and got all red and itchy down there?" You ask them, and both of them nod.
"Yeah, that happens a lot," Tatiana says. "And then mommy yells at me when I try to itch it too." This statement gets nods from Sylvia, telling you she probably has had a similar experience.
"Well, the reason it burns like that is because you got your privates sick from not wiping them and letting bits of pee stay down there. It should stop burning like that if you make sure to start wiping real good every time you use the bathroom. Usually you would just use toilet paper on yourself, but I'm having you use these wet wipes here to make sure you get really extra clean since you probably have both not been cleaning yourselves down there very well."
"Ok, so... I should wipe her down there? And it's Ok for me to touch her privates? I won't get in trouble?" Sylvia asks.
"You won't get in trouble, go ahead, I'm giving you special permission to touch each other's privates all you want so long as you are in the room with me and there's nobody else," you tell them.
"Really!?" Sylvia asks, stunned.
"But... but mommy and daddy said it was bad to touch down there, and Sylvia's daddy has been punishing her real bad because of what we did before!" Tatiana said.
