"Are you done?" You ask her after waiting what you judge is a respectable amount of time after you hear the trickle of her pee stop. "Ok, as soon as you wipe yourself we can head on back." You inform her.
Hannah looks back at you with a troubled look on her face and averts her eyes. She takes several seconds before she finally reaches for the toilet paper, trying to hold down the front of her skirt while she's in the process. She finally manages to tear off a few squares using a lot more time and effort than necessary due to her concerns about her modesty. She takes another look up at you as you are still watching her before quickly thrusting her hand under her skirt. You can see her hands busy under there, and then you see her arm shift and relax as she drops the paper into the bowl.
After all of this, Hannah looks like she's preparing herself for something else. She grabs the front of her skirt and holds it to her legs as she slides off the toilet and then proceeds to pull up her underwear, successfully keeping you from seeing her privates throughout this procedure, but it most certainly gave your imagination a lot to work with.
