Well, if you go in there he will probably want to ask you questions about your ability to perform at this job. It might be a better idea to have all the information about what you'll really be doing here. You should definitely read that internal memo before going in there.
"Can I have a little more time to read over this material?" You asked. "I haven't been fully informed on what this new program is all about, so I think it might be better if I go in there knowing what this is all about so I don't waste his time too much."
Instead of answering immediately, the secretary peeked her head back in the office. Before she could relay your question though, a deep and resolute voice rang out.
"Yes, that will be fine." The man's voice said.
"Ahh... thank you sir!" You said just a little louder so that it could be heard back in the office.
"Well then." The secretary said and went back to sit at her desk. "If you have any questions about the material as you are going over it, I will be happy to answer. I will inform Mr. Granvill when you are ready."
"Alright, thank you." You say and then get back into the reading. Time to figure out just how far this program goes into the "shame" territory.
The preface at the top of the memo is almost an exact copy of how the letter to the PTA started off, so you decide to skip straight down to the meat of the document.
As you go over the information there, you find yourself increasingly stunned. Most of the punishments for lesser infractions seem relatively innocent enough, but there is this one about having the child wear a diaper. It even states that it is appropriate for parents or teachers to be the ones putting on, removing, or changing the diaper and that if the punishment is used then they have to be sent to the disciplinary office to be checked at the end of the day. Did they consider that this would involve an adult seeing their genitals at this early level? It has to be an oversight of some sort because most of the others do not seem that lewd.
It was the moderate punishment level that had things start to really got crazy. At this level, there were things like touching a child's privates or having them touch yours. There was even something like simulated sex where with a female student the penis would be brought right up to their genitals. It didn't look like physical contact between the genitals was allowed, but if she was third grade or younger you could actually ejaculate on her pussy in some backwards reasoning that because she's so young and pre-pubescent it shouldn't damage her as much.
Your mind actually went numb for a little while there when you read over that section. Of course, after seeing that, it was fairly little surprise that the high level punishment actually involved vaginal intercourse. In the case of guys, their punishments involved a lot of homosexuality.
Timeline note
At this point, the "extreme" punishment level did not exist. The extreme level only comes in after the students in the store room incident happens.
It takes you a little while to gather your thoughts after reading through that. On the one hand, this is literally a job dropped into your lap where you are expected to engage in sexual activity with children. Even if you prefer girls, you can have other staff deal with the punishment for boys. It is like an endless dream come true in some ways.
On the other hand, these guidelines seem to indicate the activities you are supposed to engage in with these children are not supposed to be consensual or enjoyed by the child. That really doesn't sit right. But, if you don't take this job, they will have to get someone else. If they get someone who would rape these kids with relish, it could turn into absolute hell. In a way, a real pedophile who wants the kids to enjoy their sexual experience like you might just be the best person for this job.
Before you could finish sorting out your thoughts though, the secretary seemed to notice you weren't focusing on the page in front of you anymore.
"Have you finished reading Mr. Gardner?" She asked.
"Uhh... yes." You reported.
"That's great. Do you have any questions? Or should I inform Mr. Granvill you are ready now?"
