Next on the schedule is Mr. Loso, the sixth grade teacher. He is the one that you were warned about to be cautious of, that he would likely file multiple false reports on the female students if he thought he would be allowed to do something with them. He enters your office and comes straight to you with a cocked smile. "Good afternoon Mr. Gardner." He says, offering his hand for a handshake. "It is truly a pleasure to be invited for an interview. In fact, I had been wanting a chance to potentially speak with you."

You can see he is trying to put on the charm, but with his greying hair and the signs of age appearing everywhere on his face it is not all that convincing. In fact, it just comes off as creepy, even to a guy like you who is not the actual target of his intentions.

"Yes, Mr. Loso. I have been told about you, it seems you actually had previously put your name in for the position I am currently holding." You respond, wanting to keep things cordial. "Are you aware of why it is they passed you up in favor of someone like me from out of town by any chance? I am certain they would have had to go through more effort to get ahold of me compared to someone like you who was already in town." There we go, let's test his level of self awareness on this issue.

"Hmm... well, I suppose the most likely reason may have been my lack of sexual interest in the pre-pubescent children. You see, I am all about producing children, lots of them, I have 13 kids of my own between three wives you know? Although, most of them are adults and have moved out of town now. It is just my four here in the school. I suppose they may have thought I would be unable to fully perform my duties in this role. However, if you ever need some help with the Senior, Junior, or Sophomore girls, I would be quite happy to fill in for you Mr. Gardner."

"I see. I think I understand." You say. "However, there is a slight issue that I might have with that. You see, there is a second reason. That was actually that you are a teacher as well. You may notice that the disciplinary action is my only duty at this school. There is a reason for that. In this program, there is an additional policy against the person who reported the infraction being the same person who performs the punishment, this is to prevent abuses of the system. So, of course they could not give the position to a teacher in the end. You may be aware Mrs. Walton was considered as well, but ultimately overlooked for the position. This, as well as the fact both of you have former students of yours for spouses caused them to ultimately seek someone else for the position."

"I see. I do not think I was aware of that regulation." Mr. Loso said.

"Well, it is not actually written in the guidelines. Mr. Grandville and Mrs. Varano told me it was part of their considerations in person, so it is something of an unwritten rule. So, for the sake of this program of bringing other teachers into this, I am making this unwritten and unofficial rule into official policy for the program."

"I see... well, that's a shame." You actually CAN see the disappointment visible in his face. He actually looks downright bitter about something. He mutters something under his breath like "Maybe she might say something about her..." But you really can't make any sense of it. He is clearly scheeming to bring some child's infractions to your attention without it coming directly from him though. "Well, I would still like for you to keep me in mind for any of the older students, particularly those with a pregnancy risk as their punishment. I heard about the storeroom incident, those girls from that incident must really keep you drained. I am certain I can help you out when you are depleted Mr. Gardner."

"I will see if anything comes up." You tell him, having little intention of contacting him, and then you have him leave your office with a hand-shake.
