Well. You'd definitely like to know a little more about the girls first before you start giving them their punishment. You don't even actually know what grade each of the girls are in.

Somehow, thinking about exactly how old each of them are finally gets the attention of your small head a little when you remember that a severe infraction means that you are pretty much required by the program guidelines to have some form of genital contact with these girls for this punishment. That is, unless you want to pass it off to someone else, but... yeah, you really don't feel like doing that. They really do both look pretty sexy, and even if that weren't the case, it is your goal to personally impregnate every girl in this town if you are able.

Even the younger Coralee. You can see that the little girl is starting to develop physically in a very sexy way. If it weren't for the fact you grew up in this town and were used to girls as young as ten usually having breasts, you'd likely have a hard time recognizing she was on the upper end of elementary school rather than upper end of middle school.

You consider for a moment whether you should have this conversation in private, but ultimately you decide that this town doesn't seem to have a record for respecting children much. And besides, they just had a 'severe infraction.' Perhaps the risk of a little humiliation at being talked about will humble them a little.

You clear your throat and look to your secretary. "Ms. Varano. Can you please tell me about these two? I haven't really been back in town long enough to know all the students as the teachers do just yet."

"Of course, Mr. Gardner." Ms. Varano says without even missing a beat. "Coralee is in the fourth grade and should probably be turning ten pretty soon if I remember correctly. Victoria is a freshman. Their families are actually somewhat well known. Victoria's father owns the bank, and it was Coralee's grandfather who was responsible for the program being passed in the first place. Both of their families are very strong supporters of the program, and would likely approve if you were to push their punishment a little in order to make an example."

Push their punishment? Make an example? You look back at the developing curves of Victoria and the supple young body of Coralee as those words sink in, imagining just what you might be able to get away with for their punishment as you recall the incident with Liliana, the principle's daughter, and how it lead to the creation of the "extreme punishment" category.

Fighting doesn't quite rise to that level, but it sounds like you might be able to get away with a little more than the typical severe punishment would merit. At the rate things are going, these exceptional "example" cases may wind up just setting a new standard.

"Actually..." Ms. Varano goes on, "If I recall correctly, I think they may be second cousins or something along those lines. The two families do share a history together."

Well, that's an interesting piece of information.

• Take them both into your office to ask them what happened
• Take the Victoria, the older girl, to your office first while you let Coralee calm down
