"Oh, there was one more thing I wanted to ask about." You say, motioning she should go somewhere more difficult for Sonia to overhear.

"Alright sweetie." Dr. Hartell said, turning to Sonia briefly to give her some instructions. "I'm just going to talk to Mr. Gardner privately for a moment. I need you to go over to that exam table over there and take off your underwear, Ok? You have got to close the curtain first so nobody can see except for me when I come in to take a look."

"Umm... Ok." She says and wanders off to where Dr. Hartell indicated. After this, you are taken out to a small med room attached to the office.

"I just wanted to ask about the fertility treatment you are giving the girls." You tell her. "What would happen right now if you stopped giving it to Sonia?"

"Hmmm? Why do you ask?" She questions you.

"Well... I just wanted to know."

"Oh really?" She says, rocking back and looking you up and down. "Could it be that you want to avoid getting that little girl knocked up, by any chance?"

"Ummm... well..." You respond. "It's just that, her punishment involves either close to 20 or 40 cream-pies over the course of the next couple months. It's more like it's to the point it's guaranteed she'll get pregnant from this, so I was wondering if it would even be needed anymore."

"Oh really?" She says, looking at you skeptically. "Well, either way, pulling her off the drug wouldn't make any difference, she's already hit puberty on her own. That treatment only acts to accelerate puberty in girls. The one for boys is different, it also includes something that increases sperm production by shutting down the feedback mechanism and allowing a lot more sperm to be produced than normal. That's the reason you are able to have sex so many times a day right now. For girls though, once they have started puberty, the natural cycle takes over. As for Sonia, she had already started puberty before the treatment began. About the only reason she's still receiving it is because it hides the real intention behind the treatment. I suppose getting a dick inside her is enough reason to suggest she doesn't need it for the stated reason anymore though."

"I see..." You respond. Well, there goes that option. All you managed to do with this is to get Dr. Hartell onto your scent that you might be wavering a bit on knocking up Sonia.

"That said, that girl in particular showed some strange results in her hormone levels. Even though she has started puberty, I really can't tell you for certain whether or not she can get pregnant. She might even be on birth control, but if she is then it's a bad batch."

"Have you asked her?" You ask.

"Of course I have, I need to get that sort of information for my notes. She says she isn't, but I can't tell for sure whether or not she's telling the truth either." Well, if she says she isn't, then she probably isn't. She IS compulsively honest after all.

You decide not to tell her about that part. Dr. Hartell hasn't been quite as helpful to you as you would like, so why should you be so helpful to her as to resolve this little possible concern of hers with her notes?
