Ask him about making the nurse's treatment offical school policy

You give a knock on the door to the headmaster's office, and the gruff voice of your boss comes back at you telling you to “come in.” The silver-haired man’s face immediately darkens as you open the door though and he sees who it is that’s knocking on his door. “What do you want?” He growls.

"Uhh... well.. I actually wanted to talk to you about something, a treatment the school nurse came up with for the students."

"Humph, she's been a bit of a thorn in my side since this program was launched, what the hell does she want?"

"Uhh... well, actually it's a treatment to help with the program, it's for the..."

"Right," he cuts you off, "if you actually believe that nonsense, go ahead and have Ms. Varano write up an official policy, I'll go ahead and sign off on it."

"Huh? Uhh... don't you want to..." you protest.

"Get out Gardiner. You can have whatever the hell you think helps you do your job better."

Seeing you are not going to get anywhere with him as he is now, you have no choice but to simply comply and step out, closing the door behind you. Well, it wasn't exactly an amicable conversation, but you did wind up getting permission a lot more easily than you thought you would. Now, it's not just a matter of you sending the girls to the nurse a few at a time, you can just have it become a school-wide policy that all the young girls need to be subjected to this treatment.

As you told your secretary about your conversation with the nurse, leaving out the part about there being a side effect to make the girls fertile as well, just telling her about how it lets their vaginas stretch more, she seems a lot more accommodating than the headmaster as she gets to work immediately on writing up the request. It is completed and filled out by the end of the day, and by the next day, it is already being put into action with whole classes of girls, about 3-7 per grade level, being sent to the nurse's office at once for their treatments starting at grade 5 and working their way down. You manage to work in that the 6th, 7th, and 8th graders also should receive the treatment if it's needed, although not all of them may need it. They apparently are scheduled for later in the order.

Now, it seems a few weeks from now every single female student in the entire school, including the kindergarteners, will be fertile and ready for you to plant your baby in them. Just the prospect of being able to knock up a kindergartener is starting to make you hard already. For now, though, you just have to wait for the treatment to take effect.
