Free Use Universe/Premise
A world like our own, but retroactively altered to be much more open and sexual.
- STDs have never existed, and due to biological quirks, cannot exist.
- Women have conscious control over pregnancy, removing the need for any birth control. Menstruation doesn't exist.
- Pregnancy is easy and painless. Complications from childbirth are very rare, even without modern technology. Pregnancy lasts only six months.
- There are no negative consequences to incest. Obviously a girl will usually choose to be infertile, but if she decides to become pregnant, then the baby will be as healthy as any other.
- Humans start puberty earlier (5-7), and develop ravenous sex drives soon after. Development of secondary sex characteristics takes place on a similar schedule as in our world.
- Bodies have perfect heat control, able to remain comfortable even while nude in a winter storm. As such, clothes are purely for style and sex.
- Similarly, body and pubic hair does not grow. The hairiest individuals you can find will only grow very small bushes. Almost everyone is smooth.
- Refractory periods as we know them do not exist. People are ready for sex the moment after they ejaculate, and are only limited by their exhaustion and hydration.
- Anal sex is as easy, clean and as pleasurable as vaginal sex. Anuses produce a small amount of self-lubrication.
- People don't have gag reflexes. People can trivially take very large cocks or dildos.
- Humans of all sexes ejaculate much more, both in quantity and frequency. A penis will output at least ten times what it does in our world, and a vagina will have output six times as much fluid output. Even when not fucking, genitals are always leaking precum or vaginal lubricant, ready for sex at a moment's notice.
- Consuming sexual fluids is important for health. All humans, starting from birth, must regularly consume large amounts of a wide variety of semen and vaginal fluids. It doesn't have to be consumed orally, as receiving a facial or creampie permits absorption.
As a result, humans societies since antiquity have evolved with sex as a communal, common, and public activity. In modern times, this resulted in the recognition of free and regular sexual activity as a human right, and the enshrinement of "free use" as a legal concept in every place on the planet. This provides that every person of any age is permitted to sexually utilize any free use individual, which is any person who has started puberty.
It has several provisions:
Note here that a starred (*) item means it applies to everyone, not just the consenting and free-to-use.
- Free dress* -- You may wear as much or little clothing as you wish, including full nudity.
- Free touch -- You may grope, fondle, or masturbate any consenting or free use person.
- Free sex -- You may have sex with any consenting or free use person. However, pregnancy is still solely the girl's choice.
- Free stripping -- You may strip any consenting or free use person's clothing off, either partially or fully.
- Free ejaculations* -- You may cum anywhere you wish. You don't need their consent to ejaculate on them or any of their possessions.
- Free photography* -- You may take pictures or videos of anyone in public, even if they're having sex or naked. If you profit from the media, they must be credited and given a majority of the revenue.
All of these clauses apply in public equally to in private.
All of these clauses have "if it is safe" implicitly attached. (You can never be violent, or use someone if it'll cause them harm, or if it's an unsafe environment, such as a mine or factory.)
But in effect this means people walking around in very revealing clothing or nude, and having sex in public. Everyone gets used to seeing and participating in lots of casual sex from a young age, parents, siblings, friends, strangers, classmates, teachers, coworkers, and more are all sex partners. Everyone is bisexual and polyamorous. It's what everyone is used to, and people struggle imagining it any other way.
Without complications from incestuous pregnancies and a low age of free use, marriage is much more accessible. Provided both parties have begun puberty, any two individuals may become married, even if it's your daughter, or they are in middle school, or even if they're married to other people. Likewise, it's much easier to divorce.
Becoming old enough to be free use is a gradual process, with more and more people using them as they start puberty. Children who are technically too young rarely say no to sex, blurring the line. There is no "adulthood" like we think of it, where somebody becomes mature at 18 or 21, instead everyone is either treated as sexually mature (started puberty) or in-training (before puberty). Additionally, parents may consent for their pre-puberty children.
The "free ejaculations" clause is very commonly practiced all throughout society, semen and girl cum are an important part of a person's daily experience. After sex, you may cum in someone's hair, or on their body, or in their holes, or even all over their stuff. Everyone's clothes, walls, bedsheets, and possessions have been stained with cum from use over time. In fact, several stores offer clothes and products with fake cum stains already on them! Restaurants will provide dishes with semen added, or a stranger will provide their own all over your lunch while you're eating, and people will pay it no mind. (Things like computers that liquids would damage are always waterproof - and anything with electricity that's opened up qualifies as a dangerous environment!)
In some jurisdictions, there is "free urination", meaning you can pee anywhere and on anyone. Urinals don't exist, people just go wherever. Please note on your story if it has watersports content.
In other jurisdictions, this is "free messiness", meaning that you can cover people in mud, slime, food, throw pies in their face, etc. Society is very messy, ensuring that without going out of your way, you will be slimed or made messy. Please note on your story if it has wet and messy (WAM) content.
Bestiality is legal for any age if the animal is capable of participating without them being injured. While it is fully accepted like other kinds of sex, it is not very common except in some areas. Please note on your story if it has bestiality content.
Since almost everyone is free use, and society is overtly sexual, the distinction between "SFW" and "NSFW" is completely absent. You'll have sex at work or school the same as any other place, you can post selfies naked or with a semen facial to public social media, porn sites don't exist, it's just a kind of video you post to YouTube. Finding entirely "SFW" content can be challenging.
Sexual assault as we think of it is extremely rare, because consensual (or free use) sex is everywhere. Instead, people use "rape" to mean mostly-gentle free use sex that the recipient didn't initiate. Nonconsesual violence is not acceptable and is punished.
Technology has evolved like in our world, but without a desire to go to war, it instead has been channeled into the sexual. Advanced dildos, medication to increase ejaculate amount, and nearly-flawless surgery to add replacement (or additional!) penises, testicles, vaginas, etc.
Humans can live until 140, and age very gracefully, staying young and attractive for most of their life. From puberty to 16, children look almost prepubescent despite being fully sexually matured. From then until the 30s, they look like typical teenagers. Then the rest of their life they look like our 20s, except near the very end.
Society is structured so that, first and foremost, everyone's basic needs are met. Nobody is homeless, goes hungry, or lacks access to medical care. People do not need to work to sustain themselves, instead choosing careers based on what interests them. The number of hours worked per week is typically around 10-20.
Overall, society is sexual, open, and happy. After people's needs are met, the highest priority of society is pleasure.
