God's Compensation/Lore/Society
The 6D world, often called heaven and hell by the denizens of the 3D worlds, are made up of several kingdoms, each built up around a greater or lesser god of some form or another. Not all celestial kingdoms concern themselves with the goings on of the 3D world. 3D beings are often viewed as a valuable resource for the power of celestial kingdoms, so this often leads to wars.
It is common for the 3D followers of the celestial kingdoms to state that their patron gods created the universe. This is not the case, however. The world had existed before any of these deities arrived on the scene, and the attribution of the world's creation and the creation of humanity to these deities is purely an invention of these people to explain the world's existence. They couldn't explain the world's existence, so they decided to just say these powerful gods who they worship must have somehow created it.
Celestial Domains/Kingdoms
A god's "domain" refers to anything that gives them power. All gods will gain power from 2 things at minimum, the number of worshipers or followers they have (regardless of whether they are 3D or 4D beings,) and the number of followers their vassals have. A god can also gain power from an additional source if they take special methods to bind themselves to something.
The Abrahamic Religions
The 3 Abrahamic Religions, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, collectively represent the kingdom with the greatest influence over the Earth. It is lead by a god so audacious that he took the title of "god" as his name, and demanded that he only be referred to by his title. This bold move, however, proved itself to be warranted as today he is the most powerful god in the current 3D world to the point of having hegemony over the entire earth.
This "God" is the patron god of the family of Abraham. He gains additional power for every living decedent of Abraham, those who are ethnically Jewish. As such, while there are now 3 major world religions in worship to him, he has a special place in his heart for the Jewish people.
The fallen gods
Many other gods once reigned over the earth, but have now become little more than a foot-note in history. Most of the major controlling deities have been more or less cut off from having access to the earth. In particular, Zeus and his pantheon that once ruled over the area of Greece no longer has any contact with earth. Odin's kingdom had broken contact for a while, but it is starting to set down some roots again and gain worshipers in some minor populations. There is also the sexually promiscuous pagan religions overrun by fertility gods and goddesses witch gained back some ground in the 1960s after having been completely stamped out in the 1500s.
The only major kingdoms that managed to retain anything even resembling their former glory before Yahweh took over the planet are Vishnu of the Hindu religion witch has a localized hold in India, and the Jade Emperor of the large bureaucratic kingdom of the Shinto Religion which used to have a large presence in China before it got overtaken by the forced atheism of the Chinese Communist party and is now sharing an equal stake of Japan along side the Christian presence there.

Other minor gods
Aside from the fallen gods, there are also a few minor gods and demigods that never had much of a following to begin with. Before Yahweh's takeover, they used to be able to find a small community of followers usually about the size of a small tribe or village of 30-100 people. Now days, there are still some who are able to do this but they are having a much harder time of it.
The most notable among the former minor gods are the animal gods of the Native American tribal religions.
