“What? Huh?” You find yourself sputtering in a half-panicked and confused state. “Uhhh… I…. Ok, first I have a question.” You manage to get out, finally jogging your brain somewhat into gear, although the engine is still coughing and sputtering a bit.

“Huh?” The little bunny girl responds, suddenly looking a little worried as she lifts up one leg to turn her bare crotch away from you a little and pulls her elbows in tighter to her sides as though to protect her body as she begins to clutch the egg she is holding tighter to her collar bone. She gives you a slight nod to tell you to go ahead, and then she swallows as though she is bracing herself for whatever it is going to be.

“Umm...” you begin, not sure what you are supposed to say to such a vulnerable looking… non-human girl. “Ah… are you, the Easter Bunny or something?” You ask, somewhat concerned the question might offend her in some way.

“Huh?” She responds a little more positively than last time. Her demenior seems to ease up at the question a bit and she drops her hands, the hand holding the egg doing a slow and graceful decent while the other flops lazily to her side. “Yeah,” she says with an innocently embarrassed smile, “some people call us that,” she says. Suddenly, her dimension changes again and she looks childishly excited and looks you straight in the eye. “I’m a servant of Lady Eostra.” She says. “A lot of humans call her Ester for some reason, but her name is Eostra. She’s my grate grate grate graaaate grandmother!” she concludes with an animated little bounce as she holds her hands in the air.

Ok, what? Too much information at once and not enough context! What is she saying? She is someone’s servant, and she is also this person’s decendant, and her name is Eostra, and that makes her the Easter Bunny and…. Whaaat?
