Acyclic impregnation: Incubus ability

The incubus' semen has a magical effect on the ovaries of pre-pubescent girls, causing their ovaries to ovulate 1 egg to become fertilized on a later insemination.

Causing the female to ovulate requires an amount of time and semen proportionate to the number of years it would normally be until she would be able to ovulate naturally. A minimum of 1 teaspoon of semen per year before she would normally hit meninarche must enter her uterus in order to begin the process, and the process will take 1 week per year it would normally take in order to complete. However, the process can be shortened by 1 day per teaspoon of semen to enter the uterus beyond the minimum amount.

(The semen must enter the uterus. Flooding the vagina and then dripping back out does not count. Certain other incubus powers can increase the rate at which semen successfully passes the cervix into the uterus. Increasing the overall volume of semen entering the vagina and the proximity between the head of the penis and the cervix at the time of the ejaculation can also influence this.)

The magic contained in the incubus' semen will be remodeling the girl's uterus and body in order to allow her to safely bear a child and give birth despite her immature body.

This long process will only apply to the 1st time impregnating the girl. Subsequent times with the same girl will only require 1 week for the semen's magic to trigger an ovulation with the minimum amount due to the remodeling having already occurred. (Even after giving birth, the girl will still be pre-pubescent unless she hit the natural age for her to begin puberty during her pregnancy.)
