Incubus will be able to sexually penetrate partner's uterus by this power causing a female's cervix to dilate and become looser to allow passage, thus permitting the incubus to penetrate a partner more fully and dump the contents of their balls directly into the partner's womb.

Can also cause a pregnant partner to suffer a miscarriage due to uterine agitation if this occurs early in the 1st trimester.
