Time for a Meeting

“Lacey can you please help Grace get cleaned up, and then everyone please meet me down in the living room.”

Andrew got dressed and headed out the door. Everyone made way for him as he walked into the hall. His mother fell in beside him on the way to the living room. “What the hell just happened?”

Andrew looked towards his mother, still wracked with guilt over losing control and assaulting Gloria, “I’m not really sure, but I need to find out and ensure it does not happen again. What did dad want?”

His mother smiled, “Your father is concerned about you and has convinced his boss to give him some time off; He is coming home for a week.”

“Really? When will he be home?”

“Tomorrow.”

“Crap, that does not give us much time to prepare. Well I’ll think of something. It’ll be good to see him, I sure have missed him.”

Andrew walked into the living room and walked up to his father’s favorite chair in the center of the room facing the TV. He turned the chair so it faced the two couches. Everyone sat on the couches or the floor facing Andrew. Erin sat next to her mom on Andrews left; followed by Brittany, Ms. Crabtree, Ellie, Aaron, and Ms. Smith. Lacey and Grace came down stairs a few minutes later, with Lacey sitting with his mother and Erin and Grace sitting beside Ms. Crabtree. Andrew sat there thinking of his options and everything that had happened in the last week, since he woke up from the comma. A lot had happened and he needed to sort it out in his head.

He continued to sit there his eyes closed slightly thinking, until the door opened and Gloria joined the group next to her daughter, who moved a little away from her, bringing her closer to Ms. Crabtree. Andrew took a good look at the newest addition to his harem. She had bleached blond hair with dark black roots, done up in a manner similar to Peg Bundy from one of his favorite TV shows. He didn’t think it looked particularly good on her. Her breasts were large, a little too large for the rest of her frame and a bit too perky for their size. Overall, he was not very impressed with her.

Andrew cleared his throat and looked at the people gathered around him. “A lot has happened in the last week. Everything has been chaotic and out of control. This has to stop, now. I understand that things need to be tested and limits need to be found. We need to know what my abilities are and how best to use them. The problem we seem to be having, is everyone feels that they know best how to perform these tests. I‘m at fault in this, until now I was reluctant to take charge and ensure that my wishes were followed, so each of you did as you felt was best. That stops now.”

He took a deep breath and looked around at the gathered faces. He took in their reactions to his statement before he started speaking again. In order to ensure this, everyone needs to know everything,” He stated.

Andrew then began the story, from the beginning, holding nothing back. Everything he remembered starting when he woke up on the day of the accident, to finally what happened in his room with Grace and Gloria. He was occasionally interrupted by a snicker from one of the girls, or an exclamation of outrage from one of the adults, in both cases he gave the offender a look of disapproval and then continued. Once he was done speaking, he looked around the room and asked if anyone had any questions.

“What’s next?” Aaron asked.

“Well I need to do some serious thinking, about how we are going to move forward. As I said a lot has happened in the last week, my life has turned completely on its head several times over. One thing is for sure, I need to take charge of my life, of our lives. I need to consider all our options and decide best how to run the tests and how to best protect all of us. The person who caused all of this is still out there, we have no idea who he or she is or what their intentions are. I am quite sure, that they had a plan, a reason for doing this. I do not believe that they just gave me the abilities I have just to let me go and see what happened. He or she is coming and our best interests are not in their mind.”

Aaron nodded as he held his mother closer to him. “We are going to need professionals that we can trust. None of us has any experience with anything like this.”

“I agree, but we need to be careful. We also have a much bigger problem, the authorities. Grace is definitely pregnant. According to the witches, my seed is very potent and the only way she would have been induced is if she was fertile. A pregnant nine-year-old is going to be a big problem; people are going to ask questions.”

Drew and Lacey quickly glanced at each other and then at the rest of the group. “She is,” Drew replied “And If I am interpreting things correctly, so are Ms. Smith and Ms. Crabtree.”

“What? How do you know that?” Andrew asked.

“Drew and I can see auras around people, especially people you have influenced,” Lacey replied. “That is how we knew what happened to Gloria. I can tell the roll someone is filling, if they are a servant, Harem member or slave. At first I just could tell if you were influencing someone, but it has been getting stronger.”

“That is good to know,” Andrew stated. “So anyone else have anything?”

“What about our families, or boyfriends?” Britney asked.

“We will have to look at it on a case by case basis. Our immediate families, people who live in our homes, can be a serious threat if they notice changes, as can close friends and boyfriends. However, I also don’t want to add everyone in town to our group. That would just be too much.”

“Why not,” Asked Erin. “Why not just turn the entire town? Then we don’t have to worry about anything. No one would ask any questions and things would be a whole lot easier.”

“Well, I don’t think the witches would look too favorably on me enslaving the entire town. A few people in a small close knit group is one thing, everyone in town would be another. Then there’s our hidden advisory. We don’t know what fail-safe's he or she has in place. Can you imagine just how bad things could become if I had the whole town under my control, and this person had a way to control me? Lastly, I don’t think I could handle it mentally. I’m having a hard time getting used to feeling all of you in my mind, the entire town would drive me insane,” Andrew replied. “As I said, we should handle it on a case by case basis. My father, Mr. Smith, Mr. Crabtree and Sue are definitely in.

Andrew climbed out of the chair and walked up to the couches. “I want to analyze each case individually; I don’t want to just add anyone. I also want to run most of our choices through a focus group of individuals, who I can trust to be truly honest with me and who will still hold our safety in high regard.”

“Who might that be?” Andrews mother asked.

“You for one, also Aaron and Ms. Crabtree.”

“Um, I really appreciate the offer, but I really don’t think I am a good choice…” Ms. Crabtree started to say

“… nonsense,” Andrew interrupted. “Ms. Crabtree, I release you from my service.”

The pain was not as bad as the last time and it only took a few seconds before he was able to focus on the group. Everyone was staring at Ms. Crabtree, who sat on the couch, her face pale and her expression blank. “Oh my god Ellie, I am so sorry, what have I done?”

Ellie hugged her step-mother tightly, “it’s okay mommy, I don’t mind.”

Andrew approached Ms. Crabtree and helped her rise from the couch. “Ma’am, I never intended for any of this to happen and Aaron’s original reason for adding you to the group was to get your professional opinion and advice. That could never happen with you in the state you were in. Please, relax and don’t blame yourself. After this is done, I think it would be best if you and my mother had a talk.”

She looked at Andrew and then Ellie, “I agree, thank you.”

Andrew took a step back and looked at everyone gathered around him. “What I need from all of you is a list, of every person you feel would be a good addition to our group and why, and I need it tonight. I think that is all for now, please think about what has been said, feel free to talk among yourselves and have your lists before you leave. The four of us will review the list and come up with a plan.

At that Andrew turned and headed for the Kitchen, “I’m Hungry.”

Everyone looked at each other. Erin got up and headed towards her room, “Let me get some paper and pens.”

She returned to the room a few minutes later, handed a pad of paper and a pen to Aaron “Okay, Aaron, I think you should be our scribe, so anyone want to start.” Everyone started talking quietly to each other as Andrew smiled from where he was watching them and continued on his way to the kitchen.
