Keeping Mom on the Wagon/Rules

From All The Fallen Stories

Here's a list of rules to help keep this story more or less on the same tone and make sure the characters are consistent.

  • There are consequences for getting caught. Stretching realism/believability for some risky scenes is fine, but Michael won't be pulling mom's top down in the middle of a crowded sidewalk or anything!
  • Katelyn is a willing participant. That doesn't mean she's happy about it, but she knows the terms she agreed to and will abide by them. She will never offer more than a token resistance at best, and typically will simply allow Michael to do as he pleases with little more than a glare or a roll of the eyes.
  • Older women only. Ideally I'd prefer any women brought into this story be 18+, but given Michael's age and potential high school shenanigans, anything his age or older is acceptable. Strictly no younger girls, period!
  • Michael is sincere in his desire to help his mom. No matter what he does or what he makes his mom do, his stated goal of keeping her from drinking is his main goal. This, coupled with his character sheet, implies any threat Michael makes at exposing his mom is a bluff - a more ambitious writer could have some fun with that idea!
  • Each branch is its own continuity. Don't feel compelled to make things make sense across every possible branch in the plot! There's a reason I only have three named characters and only two with character sheets.
