“Ah, this is not coming off,” you announce with a thoughtful look. “Ok, how about you get in the bathtub? Also, we should probably try and get the blood out of your underwear.”
You strip Angel’s panties off from around her ankle and flip the drain in the bathroom sink as you begin running cold water. You place her heavily blood stained panties in the cold water. Really, it might already be too late for these, but it’s probably better to see where an attempt at saving them goes before simply throwing them in the trash.
“Alright, let’s start up the bath…” you say, as you start up the faucet for the tub. “uhh… are you feeling a little better now? Do you think you can get yourself cleaned up?” Actually, you are not sure, but you very well might have tried to just wash her yourself without asking if Brittany wasn’t listening in like that. But, since you have to keep up appearances for nosy and concerned older sister, you had better at least ask.
Much to your delight, Angel is still sitting on the toilet looking between her legs. “Mmmm…” she makes an uncomfortable sound. “It’s still bleeding.” She says miserably.
“Ok, do you want me to help you?” You ask. You hear a shifting of Brittany’s weight from outside the door at this. For a moment, you think she’s heard enough and is about to knock on the door. In fact, you can tell she approached the door and really is about to do just that, but she’s hesitating for some reason… you think you know exactly what that reason is. You kneel down in front of Angel and decide to play expressly to that part of Brittany that’s making her hesitate. “Look, I know this is scary. Don’t think of me as your big brother right now. Think of it like I was… ehh…” you hesitate for a moment. “How about it’s like I’m Brittany. Think of it like I’m Brittany helping you.”
“Brittany!?” Angel responds with a bit of a giggle.
“Yeah,” you respond, “what, you know mom would probably actually prefer me helping you instead of Charity.” This comment results in more giggles from Angel. “So, do you want me to stay with you for this time?” You ask her again, putting it the opposite way from the last time you asked the question. Suddenly, you hear a hard knock at the door after all. Well, it seems like maybe your performance wasn’t good enough. You silently cringe, but you certainly can’t ignore this.
“Just a sec,” you shout over your shoulder toward the door. “Could you wait here a minute?” You quietly ask Angel, getting a nod from her. A thought then suddenly occurs to you. You could tell it was Brittany out there from your enhanced senses, and you could tell what sort of thing was probably on her mind for similar reasons as well, but would a normal person know that your older sister who shouldn’t even be here right now and has been silent up till this moment be able to tell? “Who is it?” You ask.
“X.. Xander?” You hear Brittany’s voice wobble a little from the other side. “I just came back for a visit.” Her voice seems to catch a bit as though she’s not sure how to handle the situation herself. Maybe she feels guilty about eavesdropping? Well, you decide the best course of action is probably to go out and talk to her given this situation.
“I’m gonna talk to Brittany for a sec, Ok? Just wait here if you want to wait for someone to help you.” With these words, you crack the bathroom door open, using your body as a curtain as best you can to block the view of Angel on the toilet, and then slip out the door as you close it behind you as you turn to face your older sister who is now almost a head shorter than you after the 6 inches growth you got from your little bit of self-improvement a bit ago.
“Uhh… sorry, I was listening in.” Brittany says immediately, avoiding eye contact with you. “Y.. you’re pretty good, I… well, you’re… What I mean to say is, I guess this means you’re doing pretty good with being the new den-mother here, huh?”
“Uhh… well, it just sorta came up,” you tell her, “I gotta do the best I can.” Den-mother? Really? Well, guess that means you have her approval at least.
“Well…, anyway, sorry for listening in. I was trying to figure out whether or not I should offer to take over, but you were doing good.” Brittany has a huge blush on her face as she looks away from you again. Before you had modded yourself, you would probably wonder if she pulled you out of there just to waste your time flattering you when the job wasn’t even done yet, but thanks to your improved social skills you are able to detect that, rather than praise, she’s making an open offer to help. The hidden message here is, “I trust you enough to finish the job yourself, but I am also willing to step in if you would rather I be the one to do it.” Of course, that’s not something she can say out loud. She’s hanging it out there for you to pick up on it or not.
