This is the new format for showing what the individual character's reaction will be to sexual advances with them depending on their sexual history, sexual knowledge, sexual quirks, and their relationship with you. It contains some of the information from the old system, and also goes into detail about how they might react to individual sex acts giving various ways you might approach them. Most importantly, now all the necessary information is contained on only one page and there is no need to reference any other page in order to understand what is being talked about here.
Please note that there will always be a chance they might reject you regardless of relationship score depending on your approach and their mood at the time due to other factors. Also note that the scores say a "recommended" relationship score before pursuing a sex act. It is possible to get them to agree with a lower score if you use the best approach (especially if you have high social skills.)
Sexual history
Due to memories of what the two of you have done as guys, combined with being submissive to you, female March views the two of you as already being in a sexual relationship and will develop strong feelings for you. She will see the fact that you have done all sorts of mutual masturbation with her, and even ejaculated on her genital area, as being very deeply involved with each other, and she will attribute the fact that you have not had vaginal intercourse with her yet as you respecting that as a red-line as you could have very easily decided to try her pussy at any time and she is not confident she would know what to say in order to refuse doing that.

General recommended approaches
Due to 2 years of sexual activity that has not involved sexual intercourse, combined with the Church's messaging on abstainance until marriage (meaning, in her mind, after the wedding ceremony,) March has considered vaginal intercourse something of a red-line and that willingly giving you her virginity will make her a very bad girl. As such, there are no conditions under which she will give full consent to letting you have sex with her. This is despite the fact that she is actually 100% fully groomed to just about every moderate and lower sex act and will allow any sex act that doesn't involve you sticking your penis inside one of her holes with little or no protest.

In terms of the Catholic teachings of maintaining virginity until marriage, she will view it as something that is primarily to do with Catholic traditions, which she feels a little smothered by but abides by nonetheless. However, due to rumors of how wantonly sexual people who live a secular lifestyle are, she will likely forgive and dismiss that aspect of things if/when she sees you doing it with one of her siblings. March will, however, feel threatened if you have sex with any of her older siblings, or really any girl who is similar in age or older than the two of you.
In either scenario, her knowing you have had sex with a girl other than her will bring to her mind the fact that you are not actually officially boyfriend and girlfriend and that you really have just been fooling around. This will cause her to feel threatened in either case (although to a far lesser extent than if it is with her younger siblings,) and make her want to push your already sexual relationship to the intercourse level in order to, in her view, make things official. Consequently, she is submissive enough that so long as you are giving her a little more sex than any other girls you may do it with, she is willing to let you sleep with other girls under any circumstance. As mentioned before, female March has a strong hang-up against PIV sex with you, but is not willing to protest too hard against it and even has something of a rape fetish.
