Life Hacks/People's general reaction to young Lexi
People who knew Xander before he age-regressed and gender-changed himself into Lexi will think of her as unusually grown-up for a child her age and generally have a raised opinion about her. However, they will not be surprised if he acts in a childish manner appropriate to his reduced age. Due to societal the complicated societal rules and sexual politics that are different for boys and girls and especially sensitive to age, due to Xander's and Charity's past history in the sexual department there may be some rather extreme reactions to a young Lexi that did not exist with young Xander.
Note that while opinions about Lexi will be different from what they were for Xander, relationship scores will not move immediately. The individual must interact with the age-reduced and gender changed Lexi at least once for the "program" to catch up.

Knowing that you slept in the same room as Charity up until very shortly before she started molesting all the kids, your mother will strongly suspect Charity had been molesting you before moving on to the other kids when you were moved out of her room, which she will miss-remember was at your request in order to make the memories work out. She has no proof of this as you never said anything, but this will be her strong suspicion. And, she will also assume you absolutely hated this and that would be the reason why you never got involved when she was molesting the others, because you were intentionally avoiding it.
She will presume this past to be the reason behind any form of argument or disagreement between you and Charity, especially if it involves you getting mad at her. Due to all these false assumptions, she is likely to let Lexi have her way in terms of any such disagreement. She will also have trouble being tough on Lexi since she sees her as the victim most affected by Charity's molestation as the rest of the kids seem to have done alright but, due to her memories of you and Charity not getting along and you always being so reclusive by comparison to your siblings, she presumes Lexi has some serious emotional scars that the others seem to have been thankfully spared from.
