You think for a moment, but his argument seems logical. You don't want to get a sun burn, and you do pretend to be a boy right now. So even through it's embarrassing, you have to keep pretending. And a massage sounds great. Your daddy loves it when you massage his back for him.
"A massage sounds good, I never got one." You agree with a shy nod.
The man smiles.
"Great, do you want to do it here or go to a more private room? I have a tent rented nearby out of the sun."
He points towards one of the rentable tents that are often rented by families.
Just get massaged where you are.
