"Well... let's see how this dinner goes." You say. "I mean, I don't hate you, but I don't think we should just say one way or the other this quickly." Yeah, it WOULD be nice if you could just score a bunny girl right away like this, but you already heard her saying that line about how only 'bad' humans want to have sex with bunny girls they just met, and that probably extends to dating as well.

"Oh! Yeah!" Savanah responds. "Well, that's right, isn't it? Ok! Thank you!"

"What does it mean to date her?" Emily asks, pointing to you when she's saying "her," making your face flush a little with the realization you were just miss-gendered. Well, it WAS more or less said she'd never seen a guy before, so it's probably an easy mistake to make even WITH the fact that her mother's been properly referring to you as "him" this entire time.

"Uhh... well..." Savanah ponders her answer for a little bit. "Dating is something humans do before they decide whether or not they want you to be their mate." She says. "Humans, or... the good humans who take care of their young are very choosy about their mates, so they like to spend a lot of time doing things with them like eating together and talking before they decide whether or not they will let you be their mate."

"Are you going to be Jack's mate?" She asks. "Wait, what's it mean to be a human's mate?"

"What!? Well..." Savanah stammers and looks at you a little worried, which is pretty understandable with just how personal this discussion has gotten.

• Prove how good with kids you are by trying to explain this yourself
• Assure her it's fine, she's just a kid, you won't be bothered by how personal the explanations get
