"I've got it, I could make you some new clothes out of these plants."

Cosmo perks up a little and looks at Tails with hope. "You know how to make clothes?"

"Well, I can figure it out," Tails says. "At the very least I should be able to put together something functional until we can get back to the ship."

Cosmo looks at him a little less sure, put takes one look down at her naked body bellow the water and casts away any doubts. "Alright, yeah, that should do. Just please be quick. I don't like being like this."

"Quick as I possibly can," Tails says. "Now, let's see here…I'll need some vines to start. These pink ones should do."

Tails starts ripping the vines out of the ground and begins twisting them together.

Cosmo watches him work diligently. She's careful to keep her body bellow the surface of the liquid, out of Tails's view, even though he doesn't appear to be looking over at her much. She's thankful for that. The situation is embarrassing enough without him trying to sneak a peak, or accidentally glimpsing something.

She patiently waits, holding her arms against her tiny flat chest and between her legs, feeling about as vulnerable as can be, until finally Tails shouts out, "I'm done."

Cosmo beams up at him and moves close to the edge. Tails holds his work out in front of him while keeping his head turned to respect Cosmo's privacy.

The finished product is rough but definitely functional, consisting of skirt made out vines and some long thick trees leaves, and then there's some different trees leaves which Tails had used to make.

"A… A tube top?" Cosmo says.

Tails blushes and fidgets nervously. "I'm sorry, it was the best I could do on such short notice."

Cosmo blushes a little herself but ultimately accepts it. "It'll have to do, can you please hand them down to me?"

"Uh, Cosmo, whatever that liquid is will probably just dissolve these plants."

"Oh, right," she says.

Tails lays the makeshift clothes down on the ground and then turns around to walk off slowly. "I'll give you some space to change. Oh, and dry yourself off as best you can before you put those on. We don't know how much of that stuff it takes to dissolve clothing."

"Right, thank you so much Tails," she says. "I really owe you one for this."

"It's the least I could do."

Tails walks off and leaves her to change.

Cosmo steels herself and climbs out of the pool nervously. The gentle breeze nips at her bare body and makes her tremble. She covers herself with her arms and looks around to make sure no one is looking. She then grabs some leaves from the trees to dry herself off with as best she can.

Tails's advise proves to be invaluable, as the moment she put the leaves to her skin the liquid dissolves it. She does this with several more leaves, each one the dissolving effects getting lesser and lesser as she dries off, until finally it barely happens at all.

Satisfied with the result she walks over to where Tails left the clothes and carefully puts them on. The leaf skirt comes down around her knees, but is packed tightly enough that nothing can be seen through it. The tube top is a little harder to get on, at first she thinks it's way too big with it constantly falling off her, until she notices that Tails has been more inventive than she realized at first, with their being a crude strap made out of one leaf that she could adjust the size with. The whole thing is a little grating and rough against her skin, but it beats running back to the ship naked by a long shot.

"Okay Tails, I'm dressed," she calls out.

He peeks his head out from behind a tree and upon seeing her he smiles widely.

"Great," he says. He walks over to her, giving her a careful nervous glance and blushing a little. "You don't look half bad honestly."

"I honestly still feel a little exposed," she says covering up her bare stomach. "But, it's good enough to get me back to the ship. Thank you once a…"

Cosmo's voice trailed off as she suddenly noticed something, something she couldn't ignore.
