Summer Holiday/Spain Day 10 Bob

I opened the door to see Bob standing there with an upset little Molly carrying a bag and holding his hand.

“We got a bit of a crisis,” he said, more or less barging past into my room. He sat down heavily on the bed. “I’m sorry; this is all a bit of a mess and you’re the only one I could think of.” Molly, who was wearing pyjamas, found the remote and sat down on the floor in front of the TV.

I sat in the chair. “I’d offer you a drink, but I haven’t got any,” I said. “So what’s the problem and how can I help?”

“The answer the first question’s a bit difficult; all I can say is that I need to leave and take Harry and Mary with me. How can you help? You could take care of Molly for me.”

“I, I suppose… Sure I will; no problem. When will you be back?”

He looked down at the floor and Molly sniffed loudly. “That’s the other problem; we’re not coming back; I need someone to take Molly back home.”

There was some discussion, during which I tried to get more information and Bob didn’t give me any. He pulled out a thick wad of Euros and promised me I wouldn’t be out of pocket. “It shouldn’t be a problem,” he said, “her passport’s in the bag and if anyone asks you can just say you’re her uncle or something.

Molly seemed to have cheered up and came over and stood in front of me. “Please Uncle Frances; I promise I’ll be good. It’s only one more night anyway and I spec we could have some fun.” She looked up at me with a grin and then at her father.

And so it was agreed; Bob shook hands with me, gave his daughter a hug and a kiss and that was the last I saw of him.

I picked up the remote and turned the TV off. “There’s only one bed, so you’ll have to share with me,” I said. I went into the bathroom for a piss and when I came back Molly was already in bed; I could see her pyjamas were in a heap on the floor. She lay and watched me as I hung up my dressing gown and stood by the bed with John Thomas, who was behaving himself for once, hanging down between my legs.

What do you do?

Oh come on... What would you do?
