Again, I like more than one option. "Noticing" your nudity would give an automatic green light for additional fun after they realize you're not mad and don't mind. Similar with them pointing it out. Depending on your reaction would kill the mood, or give them courage to do more. Digging out the shirt would involve the packs that are most likely in the trunk, so save that for later. Continuing to act oblivious can be treated as just a game once they wise up to the fact they're not as slick as they thought. Of course the lack of panties makes it clear that the way you answered the door is just the previews for what you're willing to let them see on this trip. This one is kinda fun so I wanted to contribute. I have to think that once she is "revealed" she would want to get dressed again. She's trying to push boundaries, not shatter them.
