With the nature of the curse, Jack would likely be getting turned on by the taboo nature of the act regardless of his personal feelings about bestiality. It could even create some internal emotional conflict where he questioned why he was being so turned on by something he was so opposed to, depending on whether he is accepting or rejecting the influence of the curse.
