I don't see why a narrator wouldn't be allowed. The whole premise was to make it like the old radio shows, who often had narrators. "Last time on Man of the House, Stacy was going to wake up her son. Let's join them now.... Tune in next week, Same sexy time, same sexy channel!" Even the old Adam West Batman show and the cartoon Superfriends had narrators.
