Would bringing up the "sticks" from the porno, be a good idea?
Dildos are supposed to mimic a penis, so it could help explain some things.
Regarding sperm though, it's a normal thing that they shouldn't have to worry about until they're older and get married. (By "older", I'm insinuating that we should tell Sylvia about it once we learn she's had her period.)
