Regarding the last sentence of the Bio:
Veronica has had a crush on John during their shared time at school but was always too shy to admit it. She made her (older) sisters promise not to go after John, until he's "loved" her first. She and John were about 7-8 at the time, which is why Lina moved to Japan (she's a shotacon.) an 8 year old would interpret "love" as just kissing, while her older sisters (16-18) would interpret it a little differently.
Sadly, John left town before that could happen. Then she was brutally raped by her uncle while closing the Tea Parlour, alone; so that's why she ran away. (William was drunk, he regrets taking advantage of her but Veronica doesn't know this and he won't tell a soul.)
It now being around 20 years later, it's debatable whether Leann, Lina and Leida would honor their promise. Veronica has also forgotten the promise as well. Is the oath still in effect even though she's no longer a virgin and that it wasn't even John who was her first time? (The whole "cross my heart and hope to die, stick a needle in my eye" sort of oath. In Veronica's eyes, it was an unbreakable vow.)
Basically, among the older 4, Veronica gets to fuck Mr. Gardener first (if they even remember the childhood promise.) The younger Owen sisters, the Nelli girls and the Easterbrooks(jr) girls are technically not under oath so it's possible to fuck them, unless one of the 3 sisters intervenes.
