I'm not choosing, but choice 3 can actually happen (being male {XY chromosomes} and having a vagina).
Every zygote starts out 'female' until it's exposed to androgen, however if a male suffers from CAIS (Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome/ Testicular Feminization), their bodies can't process the androgen, and the penis never grows; and neither does the pubic,chest or armpit hair. They have a vagina (canal is smaller, akin to that of a prepubescent 10y/o), but no uterus or ovaries (testicles take their place, but are sterile due to lack of androgen). -- MrPib (talk) 19:25, 8 January 2019 (CET)
