The way I originally envisioned Loki when I wrote him in would not allow that to happen. Loki has all of the abilities of Xander plus some that Xander doesn't have access to. Loki also has the benefit of having played the "game" for much longer; and thus having more faculty manipulating the game construct. The ONLY way Xander can get more powerful than Loki, and have a chance to affect him is to receive Black Hack from Black Rose. Now, should Xander ''try'' to use his hacks to do something like you propose the most it would do is amuse Loki. He would actually find it quite entertaining if Xander were to get so full of himself that he would try such things.
