Well then, it looks like Emily was in charge for the majority of this page 😆.
While it may again be out of character for Voldemort to do so, he may want to speak with Bella and Cissy regarding what happened with Cissy. (In private of course)
Voldemort could explain that even though he inhabits the body of this little minx, sometimes she gains control. If Voldemort weren't in Emily's body, he would've killed Narcissa because of the memories he has of her betrayal; but fortunately for them, Emily is attracted to both Bella and Cissy. Because of Emily's emotions clouding Voldemort's judgement, Voldemort will forgive Narcissa and no harm will come to her.
With Narcisa being afraid of Voldemort, Emily took advantage of the situation and used Narcissa to pleasure herself. While Voldemort wouldv'e handled it differently, he's rather pleased with the results.
Furthermore, because of Emily's arousal for the 3 sisters, Voldemort will order the rest of the Death Eaters to cause no harm towards Andromeda nee Black. The death eaters are free to torture and kill Nymphadora the Auror and her father but Andromeda will be off limits.
Voldemort would then suggest extracting the memories that Bella and Cissy have regarding Andromeda, as well as extracting the memories that Andromeda has of Cissy and Bella. This way, the Aurors can not question Andromeda, or link her to the death eaters. (The memories, of course, would be placed in the pensieve, because there's no way in hell that Andromeda would willingly enter hostile territory. Furthermore, with all of the shared memories of the 3 sisters being in the pensieve, the statue can transform into all three of them and at varying ages too... - You’re basically right, except that it’s a combination of Emily and Voldemort. Voldemort would torture people, Emily would not. Emily would have sex with people and would fantasise about bondage and dominance, but wouldn’t hurt someone or force them. The combination of Emily’s desires and Voldemort’s total dominance is what makes the scene. Both Emily and Voldemort are slowly working out that there are times when neither of them is 100% in control.
