Your Mother’s Shadow Cloak
Your Shadow Cloak is a family heirloom, that once belonged to your mother, Sofia Lestrange. She in turn inherited the cloak from her mother, and the magic woven into this black silk cloak is so powerful that it remains, decades later.
Whilst it is not quite as powerful as an Invisibility Cloak, it has the advantage of being much less conspicuous, and the magic lasts for far longer than most invisibility cloaks, which tend to wear out over time. The magic of the cloak makes you almost invisible at night or in shadows, and also casts a magic shadow over your face when the hood is up, meaning that even if you are seen, people will not be able to tell who you are.
It is originally of a Middle Eastern or North African design, but no one in your family knows it’s exact origin.
