It means someone is interested in seeing what you are going to write for that branch rather than being interested in writing it themselves.
In my case, I posted the request because I was actually interested for writing in that story with the "Male Teen Wolf" perspective because I like the scenario you set up. However, I felt a need to get more of a sense of the environment and situation you were setting up first, so I requested the two things that could give me the most information. (I think the route where you find Gabby and ask what's got her upset will probably lend more info than the one with the person crying in the bathroom, but I requested both.) Oh! Neat, I didn't think anyone would like what a wrote, I just started writing again after a long hiatus from my private collection of writings, then I found this section of the site and the muse took me.
