I usually put it at the very top of the page before I write (or paste) anything from the story so that I don't forget. It's pretty easy, it's just like adding a link, but instead of the link text, it has the word Category followed by a colon followed by the story title. For instance, for your story it would be Category:The Perverted Awakeness of the Mommy Miss Carly all surrounded by double brackets like a link.
