Congratulations on choosing the more... interesting option. Women of Norse culture and upbringing may not be as limited as their Catholic counterparts but there are certain expectations that require a lot of valuable time and resources that are counter-intuitive to conquest and raiding. Not that the life of a village girl is something that I will keep you from.
