You look down at the body of the Demoness, "What a waste." You whisper. You stare at the body for a few seconds and the you wonder if you really have that much power with the ring. Only one way to try. “You can’t die that easily, you’re a Demon, having someone punch off your head isn’t enough to kill you, isn’t that right?"

The body twitches and jerks, then slowly stands up. “You don’t want to cause me any harm do you? As a matter of fact as a servant of Samael you have to serve me, just as much as she serves me, don’t you?”

The body twitches a few more times, as a head slowly begins to grow out from the stump. The first thing that forms is a mouth and it replies with a very guttural and creepy sounding “Yesssss.”

“Oh and your old head since it is no longer needed will just turn to ash, won’t it?”

“Yes.” Hit hisses as the head continues to grow on the stump, currently it looks like the head of a small child. It is a very disturbing site.

“Good, now this ability to not die because I punched off your head, it is not normal to demons and only works because I wanted it to, right? Things that would have previously killed you will still kill you, unless I don’t want them to, correct?”

“Yesss..”

You watch in fascination as dark black hair begins to grow down the back of her head and past her shoulders. Lucy pops back into the room, as you watch in aww as this creature returns to life and regenerates right before your eyes.

“What in the name of Sheol did you do to her? Oh, my did you bring her back from the dead? Holy Fuck, you know what you just did? only HE can do that!!!” Lucy cries, a look of actual fear on her face.

You give her a grin and watch as the Demoness’s head finishes reforming on the creature’s body. “Well I guess I really am the second most powerful being in the universe.” You give a bit of a smirk and look at the ring.

“This isn’t good, this really isn’t good. I’m serious, only HE can do that! You’re gonna really piss some people off, the good guys are not going to like this one bit, especially since you did it to HER!”

“Why is she so special?”

Lucy gives you a very curious look, “You don’t know who Lilith is?”

“Not really, should I?”

Lucy starts laughing, and then falls to the floor laughing even harder. “Oh my, oh my… Oh it hurts, I have not laughed like this in almost a thousand years.” She rolls on the floor kicking her feet and clutching her side. “This is the best.”

“Lucy, just tell me what’s so funny.” You growl as Lilith finishes her return to life.

“Lucy stops laughing and looks at you. Her face grows very serious and then she picks herself off the floor, “This is Lilith.” She says pointing to the creature as if that was supposed to mean something to you. “The first wife of Adam, who was created as his equal and refused to kneel at his feet or lay on her back so he could mount her. Tossed from the garden of Eden and cursed by god for her refusal to accept Adam as her master. I found her wandering in the wastes outside the garden and took her as one of my servants. She was too rebellious, so I had to make some changes to her body and her mind, over the years I just kept making changes until she became what you see before you, a twisted and perverted semblance of the proud woman she once was.”

You look at the thing standing in front of you, hunched over, body deformed and mutilated. As you look her over, you can see the signs that she was once a beautiful woman. “Wow, just wow. Lilith you want to answer my questions, truthfully don’t you?”

She replied with a quiet “Yes.”

You look at Lucy and then back at Lilith, then at the ring on your finger. “Ring if I am ever in danger you want to return to my finger to protect, me no matter wear you are, you want to so badly that you will magically appear on my finger the instant I’m in danger, isn’t that right?”

The ring glows dimly on your hand. Then you hear Lucy chuckle. “Good one, very good one, I guess you are a fast learner.”

You slip your hand into your pocket, slip the ring off and look at Lilith. “Do you like how you are now?”

“No.” she hisses.

“Do you want me to restore you to what you once were?”

“Yes.” She hissed again.

“If I did would you freely serve me as your master?”

“NO!” she growls.

Lucy chuckles as she watches your interactions with Lilith, “I told you, she is a strong one, very independent and unwilling to bow to anyone, I had to break her mentally and physically and she still retains a sense of independence and a desire to escape my control. She had become free from me, when you killed her, but then you brought her back to me, I bet she hates you for that.”

You look at the broken woman. “Do you hate me?”

“Yes,” she hisses.

You slip the ring back on your finger. “Lilith, your body and mind want to return back to how they were before…”

A very strong and very feminine voice interrupts what you were about to say, from the doorway to the tent. “I wouldn’t finish that statement if I were you!”

You look to the Doorway to see?
