Jack is a bit of an enigma. Handsome and adventurous, but never really popular. His mother used to joke that she had given birth to a baby already fully-dressed in shirt and tie, and there was some truth to that joke. History, anthropology and racist comic books resulted in a funny, weird man who most students find to be strange and most teachers think is a bit unrelatable.
