"We've always done everything together. You're like my best friend!" You can sense the the response before she has time to give it. "My best...best friend! I wouldn't do anything without you. I know it seems weird, thinking about doing this kind of thing, but if I have to do it with someone I'd rather do it with someone I get on with as well as you..."
You seem to a made a connection. Neither of you are completely sold on the idea yet, but at least she knows you're being completely honest with her about it. She really does mean that much to you, and you do to her as well. But is that enough?

- Appeal to her logic; name some of the things you've already done together
- Appeal to her ego; flatter her, tell her how she's such a great sister
- Continue appealing to her as your sister; you've always put each other first - remind her of that
