Ok, so she was abusive in some way. Now, the question is, was she abusive by the legal definition or was it somewhat worse? This one will be a lot like the last one in that it is mostly on a sliding scale. Once again, there are 4 kinds of abuse in reference to parents against children, physical, emotional, sexual, and neglect. Note that some of the higher tiers of the "neglect" category will not be available due to the previous indications in regards to parenting style.

Physical abuse

• Her mother beat her within inches of her life on occasion - (Description)

• Her mother walked the line between what would be considered acceptable corporal punishment and what would be considered abuse - (Description)

Emotional abuse

• Your daughter was denied of her humanity by the emotional abuse directed at her - (Description)
• Your daughter was broken down emotionally by her mother - (Description)
• There were some harsh and callous criticisms directed at your daughter by her mother - (Description)
• She was not emotionally abusive at all - (Description)

Sexual abuse

• She was used as a living sex-toy - (Description)
• She had non-consensual sexual contact - (Description)
• She had consensual sexual contact, but that's still abuse legally - (Description)
• Whether or not she was sexually abusive is a legal grey area - (Description)

Neglect

• The level of neglect she showed was deplorable - (Description)(Not available as an option due to previous settings)
• There is no doubt she was neglectful, but it wasn't atrociously so - (Description)
