Since it's set up to be difficult to increase once it hits 91, I was actually thinking about that. Probably an achievement of some kind that comes with a powerful perk that is unlocked. (OP abilities have a tendency to become a lot more satisfying to take advantage of if you have to jump through some hoops to get there.)
