Instead of Weird World (radius) for 3000, it would be just as effective, and cheaper to get Cuckland (radius) for 1000, then you could go ahead and get Bigomy and Incest Passes (radius) for 1000, and still have 1000 for something else. This would make it so Trish is aroused by watching you have unprotected sex with Siobhan. Go ahead and make it good for Ronni while Siobhan and Ellie watch as they clean up. Then it will be her turn to clean up and you can "innocently" ask Siobhan if she wants a turn, possibly after another comment that Trish was right and you should do this as much as possible.
