Masha is using a player with a list already determined.  
You manage to convince your way out of Sandra's grasp, making the excuse of needing to use the bathroom. Now with a bit of privacy, you go to work exploring your options for how to change out the next video on Marsha's playlist. Television broadcasting has long since been a thing of the past, and this household has joined the future. All the shows you watch on television are beamed from a playlist on some other device.


Now it so happens you had planned to show them some porn if you could so you brought some with you on a key.  
Fortunately, you were given the key for the player, and while you are in the bathroom you pull out your phone and choose a different video to be slotted in after the show Marsha is watching now. It so happens you had planned to show them some porn if you could, so you downloaded some to your phone before coming. With that out of the way, you flush and exit the bathroom with no one the wiser you were editing Marsha's playlist while you were in there.
You can if you want put porn instead at the end of this episode without her noticing until after you are gone.
